FAQs

Stoll Industries is proud to work with premier hearth and kitchen dealers throughout the United States and Canada. Our dealer locator can be used to locate a dealer near you.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not sell directly but work through a network of hearth and kitchen dealers to provide you with a great buying and installation experience.

Our custom doors can be manufactured to work with both masonry fireplaces and prefabricated fireboxes. There are, however, differences in how a door will mount on a masonry fireplace with a lintel versus mounting onto a prefabricated box. In addition to mounting hardware differences, there are airflow safety features on doors built for prefabricated fireboxes. For most doors, this consists of ¼” air gaps in the glass, and slots or spacers on the back of the door main frame.  Check out this article for more help.

We recommend you speak with your local Stoll dealer to discuss local code requirements and other factors that can impact this answer. In general, prefabricated fireboxes should be used with the doors open, and masonry doors should also be used with doors open, unless the door has pyroceramic glass installed.

Stoll Provides a 5 Year Limited Warranty for our fireplace doors, and the details can be located here.

Stoll provides a limited lifetime warranty for our ¾” bar fireplace grates. Details on this warranty and requirements can be located here.

Any of our authorized dealers will have samples of our finishes as well as displays of our products. Use our Dealer Locator to search for dealers in your area.

Yes, our products are manufactured at our facility in Abbeville, SC.

A custom fireplace door is normally produced in 4-6 weeks. We also offer standard size doors that can ship in as little as 10 business days. See your local dealer for details.

Most Stoll Dealers offer full installation services. You may also use a 3rd party or install your product yourself.  Each Stoll product comes with an installation guide. If you need further help, check out our Product Installation Videos.
